(Oral) The allegation against the petitioners, who are wife of coaccused Kuldeep Singh @ Kalu and Manjit Singh is that they indulged into brick bats and caused injury to the Head Constable Balwinder Singh, who had gone to the fields to apprehend P.O. Balwinder Singh and such citizen cannot indulge into act of vandalism, that too on officer on duty. In view of above, I do not intend to grant concession of interim bail to the petitioners. The petition is dismissed.
