The arbitrator appointed by this Court has recused himself. The parties agree that the new arbitrator is to be appointed.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by appointing Mr. Justice Vikramajit Sen, former Judge, Supreme Court of India, now residing at H. No. 34-A, Friends Colony East, New Delhi - 110065, as the sole arbitrator. The venue shall be the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre.
