The arbitrator appointed by this Court has recused himself. The parties agree that the new arbitrator is to be appointed.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by appointing Mr. Justice Aftab Alam, former Judge, Supreme Court of India, now residing at H. No. 15, High Court Judges Colony, Sector 105, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh, as the sole arbitrator. The venue shall be the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre.
