**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Notice of motion was issued on 18.09.2015. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.2 in the Court. The case was adjourned on number of occasions. Vide order dated 20.11.2015, the case was adjourned sine die after recording the fact that the dispute is between the father and his sons and they have rightly opted to approach the High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve their dispute. Thereafter, the case was listed again on 13.05.2016 and was adjourned on number of occasions. On PRINCE SAINI 2022.09.16 13:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

ARB No.125 of 2015(O&M) 09.09.2016, the case was again adjourned sine die as none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Now again the case has been listed in view of order dated 17.08.2022 passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice. The office has informed that both the parties have already been informed about the date fixed i.e. today except respondent No.1, whose mobile number is not found present in the bar directory. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and this case was filed in the year 2018, therefore, no further indulgence can be granted in favour of the petitioner in view of directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP (Civil) No.5306 of 2022 that this category of cases which are pending for more than one year from the date of filing, must be decided within six months from 19.05.2022.
