This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of an Arbitrator.

Clause-25 of the agreement contains an arbitration clause. The respondents have failed to nominate an arbitrator despite the notice.

In the circumstances, Mr. J.D. Chandna, Additional District & Sessions Judge (Retd.), H.No.1560, Sector 13, Hisar, is appointed as an Arbitrator.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
