This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for removal of the present Arbitrator and appointment of another Arbitrator. 2.

A similar application being Arbitration Case No.127 of 2013 was dismissed by an order dated 12.02.2014. In any event, such an application is not maintainable under Section 11(6) of the Act.

The application is, therefore, dismissed.
