This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari against the order dated 27.12.2022, Annexure P-6, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be suspended.

Learned State counsel, by referring to the short reply dated 19.07.2023, filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous as no disciplinary action was taken against the petitioner. He was not found involved in the matter of stealing of trees from water works, nor was he suspended by the competent authority, and is still working.
