The parties have no objection to the following order:A The petition is disposed of by appointing Mr. Justice R.V.Easwar, former Judge of Delhi High Court, # DA41, Hauz Khas, New Delhi, as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.

At the request of the parties, the venue of the arbitration shall be the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. The fees shall be as per the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre (CAC) (Administrative Cost and Arbitrator's Fees) Rules, 2014.
