The parties had entered into a Brand Promotion Services Agreement dated 15.04.2014. Clause 14.13 thereof contains an arbitration agreement. Disputes and differences arose between the parties. The petitioner by a letter dated 08.07.2015 invoked the arbitration agreement. There is no response thereto.
