S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral):

This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of an arbitrator.

The agreement containing the arbitration clause is admitted.

The application is disposed of by directing the respondents to appoint the arbitrator in accordance with Clause-25 of the agreement by 15th August, 2015, failing which it will be open to the applicants to make an application in this application itself for having an arbitrator named by the Court. The respondents, however, shall be bound to comply with this order only after the deposit of the security deposit as required by the contract.
