**** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.206 dated 19.11.2022, under Section 498-A, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act No. 45 of 1860), registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.

Vide order dated 04.01.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed.
