(Oral) On 04.01.2023, following order was passed:- "By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking direction to respondent No.2 and 3 to protect their lives and liberty, at the hands of private respondent No.4 to 7, and restrain them not to harass or interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners.

Counsel for the petitioners seeking protection of lives and liberty on account of fact that both the petitioners are living in a livein relationship. Counsel also points out that petitioner No.2 - Parabjeet Kaur, who is presently aged about 20 years, is already married to one Gurtej Singh - respondent No.4. Out of the said wedlock one female child namely Gurkirat was born, who is now of the age of one year.

Notice of motion for 09.02.2023.

On the next date of hearing, petitioner No.2 - Parabjeet Kaur and respondent No.4 - Gurtej Singh, would remain present before the Court to find out some amicable solution."

Today, on the very outset, counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
