**** S.J.VAZIFDAR, CHIEF JUSTICE (oral) This is an application under section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. 2.

The parties had entered into an agreement dated 18.04.2012. The contract contains an arbitration agreement in clause 25. The agreement involved several construction works by the petitioner for the respondent. Disputes and differences have arisen between the parties.
