This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator in terms of the agreement entered into between the parties. 2.

The arbitration clause is admitted, inasmuch as, there is no reply to the petition. Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court is appointed as the sole Arbitrator. All disputes including claims and counter-claims stand referred to the Arbitrator.
