**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Notice of motion was issued on 01.06.2018. Perusal of orders dated 24.02.2020 and 29.03.2022 would show that the notice to the respondent by way of dasti process was also ordered to be issued. Even as per order dated 29.03.2022, respondent could not be served as the place was found locked or vacated at the time of service due to lock down. On 07.09.2022, fresh ordinary as well as dasti notices were ordered to be issued for today.

As per office report, no correct address for effecting service upon the respondent has been filed by the petitioner. In view of directions passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court MOHMED ATIK 2022.10.28 17.11 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

ARB No.158 of 2018 (O&M) in SLP (Civil) No.5306 of 2022, the present category of case which is pending for more than one year from the date of filing has to be decided within a period of six months from 19.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the correct address of respondent could not be located as the respondent has shifted from the place in question. In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dismiss this petition for want of prosecution.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
