Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.417 dated 28.12.2021, registered at Police Station City Faridkot, under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 31.12.2021 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has not joined investigation so far.
