This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of an Arbitrator.

The respondents do not deny the agreement or the arbitration clause contained therein. The applicant has admittedly invoked the arbitration clause. The claim is over Rs.10 lacs. The procedure for appointing the Arbitrator is contained in Clause 64.3.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to follow the procedure provided in Clause 64.3. The panel of names shall be sent by the respondents to the petitioner by June 01, 2015.
