* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an arbitrator. 2.

The parties carried on business in the firm in the name and style of M/s Classic Constructions in accordance with the terms and conditions of a partnership deed dated 20.04.2004. Clause 12 thereof contains an arbitration agreement. The disputes and differences having arisen between the parties, the petitioners by their advocate's letter dated 13.10.2014 invoked the arbitration clause.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by appointing Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of this Court, as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.
