Present writ petition has been filed inter-alia praying for quashing of impugned order dated 12.10.2020 as well as corrigendum dated 20.10.2020 & 11.11.2020 whereby, respondents have exempted Education Providers and Volunteers working on contract basis from Teachers' Eligibility Test in violation of the service rules as well as changed the age and selection criteria by granting relaxation in age and 01 additional mark against each year of service rendered by them and to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment to the posts in question on the basis of Advertisement dated 06.03.2020.

In view of the above, claim made in the present writ petition has become only academic in nature, thus the same is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
