The parties have agreed to refer the disputes and differences to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration clause. They, however, wish to refer the disputes to a sole arbitrator and not to a panel of three arbitrators.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by appointing Justice Kuldip Singh, a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, as the sole arbitrator.
