This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of an Arbitrator.

The parties had entered into a construction agreement for the development of the land. It is agreed that the disputes and differences are liable to be referred to arbitration. 3.

Accordingly, Mr. Justice R.M. Lodha, former Chief Justice of India, is appointed as the sole Arbitrator. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
