 This is an application under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. 2.

It is agreed that this case is similar to the Arbitration Case No. 65 of 2013




    which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2013. 3.

This petition is also disposed of by appointing Justice R.K.Nehru, a former Judge of this Court, as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. It is agreed that the arbitration proceedings shall be held at Chandigarh Arbitration Centre. The fees shall be as per the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre (CAC) (Administrative Cost and Arbitrator's Fees) Rules, 2014.
