**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) In compliance of order dated 07.02.2023 passed by this Court, warrant officer's report dated 14.02.2023 has been received and same is opened from seal cover in the Court.
Said report is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place. Relevant part of the said report says as under: "Report In compliance of the orders dated 07.02.2023 passed by Hon'ble High Court, on dated 13.07.2023, I alongwith petitioner and other family members, reached in the Police Station, Jalalabad, District Fazilka at 5.45 PM SHO and some Police officials were present in the said police station. Then I apprised him about the purpose of my visit. With the help of Officer/Incharge of the Police station we reached in the house of Respondent No.5, village Dhani Qudim, Tehsil Jalalabad, District Fazilka Mr. Manpreet Singh and alleged detenue Ms. Parkash Kaur were present in the house alongwith other family members, I apprised him about the purpose of my visit. at the time of my visit no electricity was in the village. So we alongwith Mr. Manpreet Singh, Ms. Parkash Kaur and other family members came back in the Police and recorded the statements both of them in the Police Station.
It is submitted that as per the statement of Ms. Parkash Kaur alleged detenue recorded in presence of SHO, Petitioner and other family members present in the Police Station in this regard, which is in Punjabi Script (Annexure "A") in which She has stated that she love with Mr. Manpreet Singh and wants to marry with him, but her parents were not agree. She has further stated that she know about previously two marriages of Mr. Manpreet Singh and now she got marriage with Mr. Manpreet Singh and stay happily with him.
It is further submitted that as per the statement of Mr. Manpreet Singh. Respondent No. 5 recorded in presence of RIYA 2023.03.17 16:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRWP No. 17 of 2023 - 2 - SHO, Petitioner and other family members present in the Police Station in this regard, which is in Punjabi Script (Annexure "B") in which he has stated that he got first marriage on 31.05.2021 with Ms. Kima Rani D/o Mr. Manohar Singh and got divorce on 23.08.2021 in the Panchyat(Copy enclosed), thereafter he got 2nd marriage with Kajal Rani@Mandeep Kaur D/o Shinder Singh with the consent of their Parents in the year-2022, but after three months due to some differences between them, she go to her parental house and till date no divorce get from Ms. Kajal and during this now he on dated 31.12.2022 got marriage with Ms. Parkash Kaur without consent of her parents in the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and now they are stay with their family. During the recording of above said Statements one Ms.
Kajal Rani@Mandeep Kaur D/o Shinder Singh came present before the undersigned in the said Police Station and gave some documents (annexure "C" marriage certificate, "D" card of marriage, "E" Photograph of Marriage, "F" Adhar Card and "G" School certificate) with regard to her marriage with Mr. Manpreet Singh and verbally stated that she is 2nd wife of Mr. Manpreet Singh.
It is submitted that Ms. Parkash Kaur, alleged detenue stay with Mr. Manpreet Singh, with her own wish without any pressure, after marriage, as per her statement. Submitted please.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
