**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Order dated 04.01.2023, says as under:- "By way of present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect their lives and liberty, at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6, and restrain them not to harass or interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners.
Petitioner No.1 is 33 years old and petitioner No.2 is aged about 20 years and 10 months. Thus, there is gap of about 13 years between the age of the petitioners. Counsel also points out that petitioner No.1 is already married to respondent No.4 (Prem Singh) and a son namely 'Mandeep' born out of the said wedlock, who is now aged 11 years, and staying with respondent No.4. He further submits that there is serious threat to the petitioners at the instance of the respondent No.4 and his family members.

Today, at the very outset, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw present petition.
