(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to get release the detenue, namely Sahil (minor)-son of the petitioner from the illegal detention of respondent No. 4.
It is a case of the petitioner herself that in the case filed under the Guardians and Wards Act, the custody of the minor was handed over to respondent No. 4 vide judgment dated 29.7.2017 passed by District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani. Against the said judgment, the petitioner has filed an appeal i.e. FAO No. 5484 of 2017 and the matter was relegated to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Bhiwani vide order dated 11.9.2019.
Since in the case filed under the Guardians and Wards Act, GURPREET SINGH 2020.01.21 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
