**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.321 dated 30.11.2023 registered at P.S. Civil Lines, District Rohtak under Section 25 (1b) (a) of Arms Act, 1959.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and shall file an application for grant of regular bail. In case the petitioner surrenders within a period of 1 week from today, the trial Court is requested to decide the bail application if any filed by the petitioner within a period of three days thereafter. Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
