(Address: Flat No.9, HIG Flats, Mall Mandi, Amritsar; 2nd Address: House No.245, Chotti Baradari, Part-2, Garha Road, Jalandhar) as a sole Arbitrator, as contemplated by Clause-11 of the agreement entered into between the parties.
