* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an arbitrator. 2.

The parties had entered into a distribution agreement dated 11.11.2011 under which the petitioner was to distribute the products of the respondents and their group companies. Clause (xii) contains an arbitration agreement. The petitioner by a letter dated 28.01.2013 mentioned the dispute and invoked the arbitration clause. The petitioner contends that despite having paid an amount of Rs. 10 lacs, the goods were not supplied by the respondents. 3.
