The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that the respondents have already appointed the arbitrator. He further states that the petitioners have no objection to the same and will submit to the arbitration of the said arbitrator.

The petition is accordingly disposed of. Needless to add that the petitioners will be entitled to raise all the claims before the learned arbitrator.
