The respondents have appointed an arbitrator. The petitioner has no objection to the same.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by confirming the appointment of Mr. R.P. Bhasin, retired District & Sessions Judge, now residing at H. No. 538, Sector 7, Panchkula, as the sole arbitrator. The parties have agreed that the venue shall be the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre.
