The respondents make a statement that the land was not acquired on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 - National Highway Authority of India.

The respondents No. 1 and 2, therefore, shall not be the parties to the arbitration proceedings.

The petition is disposed of by the following order to which the parties have agreed:- The disputes and differences between the petitioners and respondent No. 3 shall stand referred to the arbitration of the Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala.
