(ORAL) Admittedly, the copy of the agreement filed with the application which is being relied upon by learned counsel for the applicant to contend that there exists an arbitration clause between the parties does not bear the signatures of the respondents and, thus, it cannot be termed to be an agreement. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave of the Court to permit withdrawal of the application with liberty to file a fresh application annexing therewith proper agreement.

Prayer made is allowed.

Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
