These are petitions under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an Arbitrator.

The parties have agreed to refer the disputes and differences to a sole Arbitrator, although the agreement contemplates an Arbitral Tribunal of three Arbitrators. The parties agree to the disputes and differences being referred to a sole Arbitrator to save costs and time.

Shri B.L. Singal, retired District & Sessions Judge, Haryana, is appointed as the sole Arbitrator in each of the petitions.
