* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an arbitrator. 2.

The petitioner had entered into a brand promotion services agreement dated 07.04.2014. Clause 14.13 thereof contains an arbitration agreement. Disputes and differences have arisen between the parties, inter alia, on account of the respondent having allegedly failed to pay the amounts due under the said agreement to the petitioner. The petitioner by a letter dated 03.12.2014, inter alia, invoked the arbitration agreement. 3.
