With the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of by appointing Shri B.S. Sidhu, retired Additional Sessions Judge, now residing at H. No. 1114, Sector-69, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), as the sole arbitrator. The parties have agreed that the venue shall be the Chandigarh Arbitration Centre.
