ARB-54-2011 This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an arbitrator. 2.
The respondents agree that the arbitrator nominated by respondent No. 3 will constitute a nomination on behalf of all the respondents. The nomination, therefore, of the learned arbitrator by the respondents is confirmed. The petitioner has no objection to the same either in view of the respondents having agreed to the same. 3.
The learned arbitrators appointed by both the parties are requested to appoint a presiding arbitrator as expeditiously as possible and to proceed with the reference.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
