**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioners have preferred this petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of panel of arbitrators i.e. one each by the petitioners and the respondent, who in turn will appoint principal arbitrator.

It is not in dispute that earlier Arbitration case no.23 of 2014 was filed. The same was disposed of vide order dated 04.04.2015 by observing that Mr. Vikas Gupta, Advocate at Jalandhar had already been appointed as nominee arbitrator of the respondent after filing of that petition. ARB No. 214 of 2018 -2During course of arguments, learned counsel for the parties have agreed that this petition be also disposed of as the petitioners have nominated Mr. Gurcharan Singh, Advocate, District Courts, Jalandhar and the respondent has appointed Mr. Vikas Gupta, Advocate, District Courts, Jalandhar. The aforesaid Arbitrators in turn will nominate principal arbitrator in due course.

In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
