[2] Status report by way of affidavit dated 30.04.2024 of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rural, District Patiala, on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3-State has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record.

[3] Status report reflects that the statements of both the petitioners were recorded. In their statements, the petitioners had submitted that petitioner No.1 has joined back the company of her husband and child, since the last two months, and residing with her husband only, and further submitted in their statements that they have no apprehension to their life and liberty.

[4] Today, no one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioners.
