The agreement and the arbitration clause contained therein are admitted. The only question is as to whether the territorial jurisdiction ought to be New Delhi or not. The petitioner has no objection to all future proceedings in relation to the arbitration being filed only in New Delhi. 3.
The petition is, therefore, disposed of by appointing Justice Manmohan Sarin, former Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir, as the sole arbitrator. The fees shall be as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is agreed between the parties that all future proceedings shall be filed in New Delhi.
