RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 147 dated 26.08.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 186, 188, 124-A, 307, 332, 353, 395, 427 & 436 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage or Public Property (Section 333 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act added later on) at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa.

On instructions from ASI Om Parkash, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 04.01.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
