S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral):

The parties have settled the matter. The respondent agrees and undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.5 lacs in two equal instalments on 01.05.2015 and 01.08.2015. The petitioner accepts the same subject to the payments being made as undertaken. In the event of the respondent's failing to pay either of the instalments on the due dates, the petitioner will not be bound by the settlement.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
