This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for removal of an arbitrator.

Such an application cannot be made under Section 11 of the Act. The applicant is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and thereafter file a fresh application under Section 11 of the Act.
