This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petition is disposed of by the following order to which the parties have no objection.

Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of this Court, #A-1,Nizammudin East, New Delhi, is appointed as a sole Arbitrator in view of the clauses contained in both the agreementsAnnexures P/1 and P/2. The Arbitrator shall make separate awards or, with the consent of the parties, a common award. The counterclaim, if any, shall also be referred to the arbitration of the learned Arbitrator.
