This is an application under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. 2.

With the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of by the following order:@ Mr. Justice K.C.Puri, a former Judge of this Court, is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. It is agreed that the arbitration proceedings shall be held at Chandigarh Arbitration Centre.
