The learned State counsel, on the instructions from Mr. Bhupinder Singh, Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, states that the competent authority has decided to withdraw the order dated 22.12.2021 transferring the petitioner. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, qua the first prayer, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and the writ petition is disposed of as such. 3.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that at this stage, he does not wish to press the writ petition qua the second prayer. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
