**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, the award has been passed by the Arbitrator on 16.02.2019 and, therefore, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to raise all these grounds available to the petitioner in the proceedings under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid course.
