The Chief Executive Officer of the respondents shall appoint the new arbitrator after hearing the petitioners, but latest by 31.07.2017.

The petitioners shall appear before the Chief Executive Officer in the first instance on 14.07.2017 at 11.00 AM and thereafter as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
