RITU BAHRI ACJ. (Oral) On 10.02.2022, this petition was ordered to be heard alongwith CWP-1620-2017 (PIL) and other connected matters. Learned senior counsel for the respondent-UOI has produced copy of order dated 20.07.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-1620-2017, whereby the said petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution.
Perusal of the said order shows that the said petition was disposed of keeping in view the efflux of time and the petitioner has chosen not to appear in person.
