* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an arbitrator. 2.

The parties had entered into two MoUs. The first one is dated 10.03.2007 and the second one is dated 09.10.2008. These were development agreements. Each of them contains an identical arbitration clause. The second agreement contains certain modifications of the first agreement. Disputes and differences having arisen between the parties, the petitioner invoked the arbitration clause by a letter dated 23.01.2015. 3.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by appointing Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of this Court, as the sole arbitrator.
