(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No. 422, dated 25.09.2019, under Sections 323, 377, 376, 498-A, 511, 313, 406, 506, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Ganaur, District Sonepat. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were distantly related to the husband of the complainant and had no role to play in the life of the complainant and her husband. It was also submitted that the petitioners had been falsely implicated in the case in hand even though they were residing in U.P. and had at no point of time ever visited the house of the complainant and her husband. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 06th March, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation.
